Self Storage & Outdoor Parking in Waterloo, IL

I've been looking for some stotage space for a couple of werks and with other companies they say they have units and then find out they don't. With Groves storage they said they had what i needed and did at a reasonable price. The unit was clean and the sevixe was outstanding. It's hard these days to talk to someone at a business that makes you feel important but the person at Groves that helped me was the best. Explained everything very clear and made sure i understood all the specifics about how things worked. Thank you Groves for haveing such a good team to help customers like me that need extra help understanding at times !!!!!

The property is always spotless, well-lit, and feels very secure. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Their signup technology is great with streamlined consolidated billing for those that have multiple spaces rented. Very secure, well constructed, well drained facility. Keypad entry is also a plus.
